Should the customer recall products which have been sent to the end customer?

On the current basis, BPI cannot support a recall of the products. BPI recommends that the products are kept isolated and quarantined until all matters are covered and any doubt eliminated.

 

 

Do the possibly contaminated products pose any harm to those who have been in contact with it?

BPI recommends that the products are kept isolated and quarantined until all matters are covered and any doubt eliminated. We find that we are able to handle the products without any harm to the work environment or our employees. We have not received feedback regarding any negative reactions neither from our employees nor from our suppliers’ employees.

 

 

Compensation claims from customers

Extra costs in relation to the case will be handled individually in accordance with our standard delivery terms when we know the full impact of the case.
