Bramming Plast-Industri A\/S (\u201cBPI\u201d) possess environmental evaluation data (such as life cycle assessment (LCA) data, including cradle-to-gate Product Carbon Footprint (PCF)) for certain products of BPI (all together referred to as \u201cBPI Environmental Evaluation Data\u201d). The analysis, conducted by our in-house LCA Specialist, relies on data deemed reliable and transparent.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

BPI\u2019s PCF tool has been externally critically reviewed by a third party for the overall PCF methodology, limitations, goal and scope, assumptions, data quality, allocation methodology, and all base data used for PCF calculations.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

BPI Environmental Evaluation Data reflects the situation at the time such data has been collected, and BPI shall be under no obligation to update this BPI Environmental Evaluation Data. BPI Environmental Evaluation Data is based on certain assumptions, approximations and limitations that are further set out in this document and that may impact the value of BPI Environmental Evaluation Data.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

BPI grants our customers the right to use the findings of this LCA report for internal assessment and external communication purposes. There are no legal barriers known for BPI related to the use of this data for such communications.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

However, any liability of BPI with regard to damages or losses, which you suffer through the use or through your reliance upon the accuracy, quality, completeness or fitness of BPI Environmental evaluation data for a particular purpose shall be excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
