In 2016, I took up my current position in our Production Preparation department. My main tasks are to create BOMs in both Denmark and Poland, move goods and provide cost prices and updates. I have also previously been responsible for training in registrations at our production terminals and updates of instructional material for registrations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do you find that the culture is at BPI?<br \/>\n<\/strong>I find that the culture is good. We all know each other and there is a good vibe and atmosphere. There isn\u2019t much of a gap between levels in the organisation, which I think is a really positive aspect. And it&#8217;s a culture and organisation where things are happening all the time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s the best thing about your job?<br \/>\n<\/strong>There are several things, but I would particularly like to highlight the social cohesion among colleagues. We have fun while all pulling together. I am happy to work with such nice, competent people who, at the same time, are willing to listen to your ideas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What particular aspect would you highlight to someone who is considering applying for a job at BPI?<br \/>\n<\/strong>In my view, a good working environment and good colleagues are the most important things, and you really get this here. There is a great deal of focus on the well-being of employees, and we have some good input in this area.
