In addition, I continuously carried out tasks for our director, and since 2008 I have worked as Executive Secretary. My current position mainly involves coordinating and following up, calendar management, arranging events, travel planning, HR tasks and employee welfare activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do you find the culture at BPI?<br \/>\n<\/strong>If I were to describe our culture in a few words, I would say: informal, friendly and adaptable. My impression is that it is easy to integrate into the company and become part of the community and culture. We have a good mix of employees with different lengths of service and qualities, who manage to work together across the organisation. In addition, there is a major spotlight on our overall goals, which creates a clear common direction that we are working towards together.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s the best thing about your job?<br \/>\n<\/strong>It is incredibly special to work in a company \u2013 and do a job \u2013 where there is constant potential for development and broad contacts across departments in both Bramming and our subsidiary in Lipiany, Poland.
