Root cause analysis

Sound lab

In our inhouse sound lab we test the noise levels of your product. This is done with a root cause analysis to identify the source of the noise.

The sound lab is a semi anechoic chamber: an echo free room where the only reflecting surface is the floor. The other surfaces are covered with sound absorbing foam, PureSound(r) and the room is completedly decoupled from surroundings, which means noise vibrations from the outside do not interfere with test results.

When we have made a performance optimised solution, we will test the product in the sound lab again and document the improvements.

3D print lab

In our 3D print lab, we use additive manufacturing technology to make moulds for prototype and mass production.
