Part of the solution
At Bramming Plast-Industri A/S, we have made a choice to separate our production from fossil fuels, and our ambition is to achieve a 50% conversion by 2026. We are therefore introducing Biomass Balance for furniture; a solution where we offer a fully certified sustainable solution made from organic waste as feedstock. Can we help you develop and produce your next furniture design?
Moulded foam
We deliver moulded foam, which gives you the opportunity to make your unique furniture design. Using our moulding technique, we create a solution with clean, sharp lines, which meet the designer’s wishes for a unique aesthetic. We can produce fully moulded furniture in both soft and hard polyurethane foam. We have the following brands in moulded furniture foam:

Steel chassis
We offer in-house manufacturing of steel chassis, which makes us unique in the market. We take responsibility and handle the entire process, so you only need one point of contact. We offer ready-made chassis incl. springs, wooden nail list and tilting functions. Steel chassis often have to be delivered with very narrow tolerances to fit in the moulds, which ensures a good and durable product.
Cut foam
We have an extensive knowledge of producing and processing block foam and we produce, stock and process selected block foam used for a wide range of applications, seat cushions, back cushions and more. Our cut foam product range consists of:

- Setex®
- Pantera®
- Polyether
- Polyester
- HR foam
- CMHR foam
Product development
We have 40+ years of experience in complex and industrial furniture production, based on developing products closely with our customers. During the development phase of your furniture, we start by asking you a number of questions to understand your sustainability requirements, market demands and quality. We also help our customers incorporate a sales strategy and growth plans in the project from the start. This helps us ensure that you get a production setup that can support and scale your furniture production to match your growth ambitions. When we start new projects with our customers, we have a clear project structure that ensures that agreed deadlines for 1:1 samples, 0 series and production ramp-up plans are complied with.
