Moulded solutions in flexible foam with a focus on noise and vibration damping

We develop tailor-made solutions to reduce noise and vibration in electromechanical products. We offer a strong R&D skillset as well as our patented mould concept and, on that basis, deliver a solution with our PureXilence 3D® polyurethane foam. This enables us to help you create an end consumer experience that is second to none.

Customised kits

Customised kits in cut foam

We support your development process and develop customised solutions in custom dimensions and as kits. This is possible due to us having:

  • Own slabstock facility for specially developed foam solutions
  • CNC milling
  • Customised logistics solutions
  • In-house testing and documentation facilities
