These new additions complement our existing product, PureBio Soft, which has already become a favourite for top mattresses.

PureBio Medium and PureBio Firm are designed to provide enhanced comfort and support, catering to a variety of sleep preferences; and to offer a more sustainable alternative to conventional polyurethane. Whether your customers prefer a medium or firm core material, our new mattress foam is ideal to implement in your solutions to ensure a restful sleep experience.

Key features of PureBio Medium and PureBio Firm:

• Ideal core materials: Both products are perfect as core materials for mattresses, offering superior support and durability.
• Enhanced comfort: Crafted with high-quality materials to provide exceptional comfort.
• Biomass balance approach: These products are based on the innovative biomass balance approach, which uses renewable raw materials such as bio-naphtha or biomethane from the start of production. This process conserves fossil resources and can reduce the carbon footprint by more than 70 % compared to conventional polyurethane.
• OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified: Ensuring that the products are free from harmful substances and safe for human health.
• Nordic Swan Ecolabel: PureBio is a declared item in the Supply Chain Declaration Portal (SCDP) for Furniture and Fitments, gen. 5.
