Sustainable comfort ranging from extra soft to extra firm

Bramming Plast-Industri A/S (BPI) proudly introduces the full PureBio series of high-resilience comfort foams: Now completed with the launch of the two new grades, PureBio X-Soft and PureBio X-Firm. The complete product series therefore consists of PureBio X-Soft, PureBio Soft, PureBio Medium, PureBio Firm, and PureBio X-Firm.

The PureBio series are made using the biomass balance approach, replacing fossil-based raw materials with certified renewable alternatives like bio-naphtha and biomethane. This enables manufacturers to reduce their product carbon footprint by around 70% compared to conventional polyurethane foam without compromising on comfort or durability.

The ambition behind the development of the PureBio series was to be able to offer our customers a sustainable high-resilience foam range without compromising on quality. Learn more about the PureBio series grade by grade:

• PureBio X-Soft: The softest grade. It is ultra elastic and soft: Ideal for mattress toppers and wrapping layers in furniture.
• PureBio Soft: Soft and resilient: Ideal for comfort zones in bedding and seating with a balanced feel.
• PureBio Medium: Versatile and supportive: Suitable for hybrid mattress constructions and ergonomic furniture
• PureBio Firm: The firmness secures structure, stability and comfort: Ideal for mattress cores.
• PureBio X-Firm: The firmest grade. Developed for maximum support and durability: Ideal for orthopaedic components and robust furniture bases.

All grades feature high density, which ensures a long-lasting resilience and performance.

• Biomass balance approach: Reduces reliance on fossil resources
• OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified (class 1, annex 6): Ensures that the products are free from harmful substances and safe for human health.
• Nordic Swan Ecolabel: PureBio is a declared item in the Supply Chain Declaration Portal (SCDP) for Furniture and Fitments, gen. 5.
