The top rubber wear layer offers excellent
abrasion resistance, is easy to clean, and
provides grip and safety for the animals.
2. Comfort layer
BPI Setex® Premium Visco /Memory Foam
is the core of the system. It relieves pressure,
adapts to the animal’s body shape and supports
longer lying times, comfort and well-being.
3. Base layer
The base support and drainage layer ensures structural support,
distributes loads effectively, and provides drainage,
and stability for long-term performance.

Setex® Post-Consumer Solutions
Every year, more than 40 million mattresses are landfilled or incinerated across Europe. BPI gives this PU foam a new purpose by transforming it into high-quality bonded foam for new applications.
Through our in-house process, post-consumer foam is dismantled, cleaned, granulated and bonded into new material. The result is a durable and versatile foam solution available in a range of densities.
