Application

Noise & Vibration

We have strong skills when it comes to developing and manufacturing noise and vibration damping solutions. VibraFlex® and PureXilence 3D® are two unique products for dampening vibrations within a wide spectrum of stress impacts and frequency ranges. VibraFlex® is aimed at heavy stress impacts, such as structural and ground-borne vibrations, while PureXilence 3D® is ideal for lighter loads within, for instance, electronic aggregates. VibraFlex® is an excellent choice in applications with intensive dynamic stress impacts. VibraFlex® products are able to withstand repeated stress impacts over a very long period of time and have excellent mechanical properties and very low permanent deformation.

PureXilence 3D® is a strong option for vibration damping in electromechanical aggregates where, using our patented moulding concept, we can design complex geometries and optimise performance.

Comfort

At Bramming Plast-Industri A/S, we offer more than 50 years of experience and competencies within sustainable comfort solutions for the furniture and mattress segments.

Over time, we have been part of developing and producing some of the largest furniture classics in Denmark with high durability: lasting from generation to generation.

We offer a wide range of products within sustainable moulded and cut comfort foam.

Application

Insulation

We have strong skills when it comes to developing and manufacturing insulation solutions from polyurethane. Our InotanPUR® has unique insulation properties, which allows you to use a thinner layer of insulation to achieve the same or better insulation property as with conventional insulation materials. Our insulation foam is ideally used to provide thermal insulation in buildings, wall structures, doors, windows, refrigerated trucks, HVAC systems, etc.
