Announcing our new biomass-based viscoelastic pillow concept

This product line includes three distinct types: a moulded, a granulated, and a cut pillow: each designed to provide exceptional comfort and promote a sustainable profile.

These new pillows are crafted to cater to various sleep preferences and needs. Whether your customers prefer the consistent support of a moulded pillow, the adaptable comfort of a granulated pillow, or the customisable feel of a cut pillow, with our new products, you will be able to meet the needs of their needs. The pillow concept is a plug-and-play solution, or inspiration with the possibility of customising the pillow for the end-user’s needs.

The new product range of biomass-based includes:

• Versatile options: The range includes moulded, granulated, and cut pillows, each designed to provide unique benefits and completing your product range.
• Superior comfort: Made with high-quality biomass-based viscoelastic materials, these pillows offer exceptional comfort and support, ensuring a restful sleep experience.
• Biomass balance approach: These pillows are produced using renewable raw materials such as bio-naphtha or biomethane, significantly reducing the carbon footprint compared to conventional polyurethane pillows. This innovative biomass balance approach conserves fossil resources and can lower carbon emissions by more than 50 % compared to fossil feedstock.
