Anna Elmose

How long have you been working at BPI and what area do you work in?
I’ve been working at BPI since 2014, when I started in the Customer Service department. I initially dealt with customers from many different segments, but over time it has become more differentiated. At the moment, I’m mainly involved in our furniture segment, in which I’ve had contact with our Swedish and German customers. It has been and is an exciting journey to be a part of – in a company that is constantly evolving.

How do you find the culture at BPI?
I would describe it as a culture of cooperation in which we all pull together and help each other in carrying out our tasks and achieving the overall goals. A lot of perks are actually provided for employees: a lunch scheme, social events and many more. The company challenges itself by developing itself and being innovative. This also means that we are challenged and develop as we get more responsibility – if we want. There is a great deal of focus on making Bramming Plast-Industri an attractive place to work.

What’s the best thing about your job?
The best thing about my job is that it is so varied and that no two days are ever the same: You get to the end of your tasks and can provide a good service to the customers. I really enjoy the interaction with customers. And I also have some great colleagues and we respect each other’s differences. Not to mention that we have a good management team which shows confidence and gives a free rein with responsibility.

What particular aspect would you highlight to someone who is considering applying for a job at BPI?
You get plenty of challenges every day in the job and opportunities for self-development and responsibility – all in collaboration with good, competent colleagues and management.
