Part of the solution
At Bramming Plast-Industri A/S, we have made a choice to separate our production from fossil fuels, and our ambition is to achieve a 50% conversion by 2026. Therefore, we are introducing Biomass Balance for pillows; a solution where we offer a fully certified sustainable solution made from organic waste as feedstock.
In addition, we collect discarded mattresses, granulate, clean and certify the polyurethane foam and transform it into new products. Read more about Biomass Balance and mechanical recycling, and how you can reduce your carbon footprint.

Mattresses – HR foam
HR foam (High Resilience) is a highly elastic material of the cold foam type, known for its great load-bearing capacity and comfort properties. Cold foam has a different cell structure that makes the foam more elastic and flexible. The elastic properties help to ensure the right pressure relief, while at the same time achieving comfort with good suspension. The unique cell structure means that cold foam has a lower degree of settling and remains dimensionally stable for many years. As well as having excellent comfort properties, cold foam is a breathable material, so moisture is transported away efficiently. Cold foam meets the fire classes CAL 2017-2013 and FMVSS 302 without additional additives. 100% halogen and Freon-free.
Mattresses – TempraFlex®
TempraFlex® is BPI’s viscoelastic PU foam. This type of foam is a unique material that, thanks to its pressure-distributing properties, can be used for pillows and mattresses that mould around the shape and position of the body, so that both neck, shoulders, back and legs get the support they need. The optimal pressure distribution provided by TempraFlex® reduces the number of times the body needs to turn. TempraFlex® provides optimal relief for the body, regardless of the user’s height and weight. The shape of the back is maintained where ordinary foam mattresses can be too soft or too hard. In addition to providing optimum comfort, TempraFlex® can also prevent pressure ulcers in bedridden users, saving unnecessary discomfort as well as costs for subsequent treatment.
Mattresses – Pantera®
Pantera® is a luxurious comfort foam, developed specifically for mattresses of the highest quality. Pantera® stands out for its durability and superior comfort. The open cells, which provide extra good ventilation, ensure the right body temperature throughout the night, while the very special cell structure ensures the right support. Pantera® retains its shape and flexibility for many years, thanks to a high bulk density, and laboratory tests have shown that the unique properties of Pantera® foam are not affected by moisture. We give you a 7-year guarantee on Pantera® foam. This type of foam is very environmentally friendly thanks to efficient, non-waste production, and the use of materials that are 100% recyclable. Pantera® is also fireproof without the addition of fire retardants.
