Armin Habota

Assistant Production Engineering

How long have you been working at BPI and what area do you work in?
I started in 2003, when I got a job as an operator in our production department. In 2016, I took up my current position in our Production Preparation department. My main tasks are to create BOMs in both Denmark and Poland, move goods and provide cost prices and updates. I have also previously been responsible for training in registrations at our production terminals and updates of instructional material for registrations.

How do you find that the culture is at BPI?
I find that the culture is good. We all know each other and there is a good vibe and atmosphere. There isn’t much of a gap between levels in the organisation, which I think is a really positive aspect. And it’s a culture and organisation where things are happening all the time.

What’s the best thing about your job?
There are several things, but I would particularly like to highlight the social cohesion among colleagues. We have fun while all pulling together. I am happy to work with such nice, competent people who, at the same time, are willing to listen to your ideas.

What particular aspect would you highlight to someone who is considering applying for a job at BPI?
In my view, a good working environment and good colleagues are the most important things, and you really get this here. There is a great deal of focus on the well-being of employees, and we have some good input in this area. And there are always plenty of exciting projects to work on.
